Users can quickly attach the vast majority of co-witnessing MRDs onto the FN Low-Profile Optics Mounting System, making it the most flexible red dot-ready platform. Adapter plates are included so that you can use your optics in the future without having to visit a gunsmith. For the clearest possible sight picture, suppressor-height tritium night sights should be used in conjunction with an MRD.

The FN 509 Midsize Tactical’s grip frame is designed to accommodate a full hand, making it easier to hide despite its superior control and recoil management. This multi-use tool is ideal for everyday carry, personal protection, and official duties. 4 inches shorter than a regular FN 509’s grip length. With the provided backstraps, users can easily adjust the distance between their hands and the trigger.

The 4.5-inch barrel’s hammer-forging ensures long-range precision. The polished chamber and feed ramp found in every FN 509 barrel are proprietary modifications that greatly increase the weapon’s reliability and ammo compatibility. Most suppressors and muzzle devices can be easily attached to the muzzle thanks to its target-crowned design and 1/228″ thread cap.
