Among the many things we sell and ship, smokeless powder, black powder, primers, and fuses are also available from our warehouse. This guarantees that there is only ever one shipping fee and one hazmat fee per order (unless you also order products from tactical-world or our suppliers that ship separately). Only up to 25 pounds of black powder and 66 pounds of smokeless powder, primers, or fuse may be purchased at a time. Shipping smokeless powder, black powder, primers, or fuses requires a special HazMat permit and is prohibited for shipments outside the 48 contiguous states. In order to comply with safety regulations and laws, smokeless powder, black powder, primers, and fumes are not refundable.
